3 oz. lemon jello
6 oz cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 c nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple.
Add enough water to juice t o make 1 1/2 cups.
Heat water and juice and use to dissolve jello.
Add softened cream cheese and cream to jello and whip until mixed.
Add to jello.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Pour into mold or loaf dish.
Jell overnight.
