2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
3/4 t. oregano
3/4 t. cumin
1 1/4 t. sugar
3/4 t. chili powder
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1 1/4 C. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 lb. grated cheese

1 recipe of Grandma Janie's hot roll dough

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with the salt, garlic, oregano, cumin, sugar, chili powder, and onion. Drain and add cabbage. Cook until the cabbage is done. Mix in cheese. Cool or refrigerate overnight.

Make hot roll dough. Roll out the dough until it is a little thicker than pizza crust. Cut in 4 " squares. Use ice cream scoop and put 1 scoop of meat mixture in square. Bring corners up and seal. Turn upside down on greased pan. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake in a 350º oven until brown, about 30 minutes. Brush with butter.

These may be frozen.
