1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. water
3 strips of orange zest
2 C. cubed, seeded watermelon
3/4 C. white tequila
1/4 C. lime juice
salt or sugar for rimming the glasses
lime wedge
2 C. crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, sugar and orange zest to a boil until the sugar is dissolved. Cool this simple syrup.

Place watermelon in a blender or food processor and pulse until puree

Pour watermelon puree, simple syrup, tequila and lime juice into a pitcher.

Rim glasses with salt or sugar. Fill with ice and pour mix over the top. Garnish with a lime.
