1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
4 C. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 package of cream cheese, 8 oz.
8 oz. Fruit, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Spread into any size cake pan. (I used a 9X9).

Mix together powdered sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese. Pour over cake mix mixture. Put fruit over the top if desired.

Bake at 300º for 40 - 50 minutes.

I used a 1 lb. bag of frozen peaches for the fruit. It cuts the sweetness a bit.
