2 C. vegetable stock
4 cloves garlic
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 Granny Smith apple
1 medium butternut squash
1 onion
sprig of sage
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 can coconut milk, or 1/2 C. whipping cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except milk to the InstaPot. Close and seal lid. Cook at high pressure for 8 minutes. Let steam decrease naturally.

Open lid, add milk. Use an immersion blender to make the soup smooth.
