1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1 T oil
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilis
1 t. salt
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. heavy whipping cream.

Directions:
In large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the beans, broth, chilis and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cream. If desired, top wit6h tortilla chips, cheese and jalepenos.
