2 c scaled milk
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork, add sugar then milk followed by the rest of the ingredients. Pour into buttered molds or baking dish.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until knife in the center comes out clean.

Set the molds or baking dish in a pan of warm water to bake.

Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
