1/2 c pure floral honey
6 c old fashion oats, not quick cook
3/4 c nuts, toasted
1/4 c flax seed
1/4 c soy nuts
1 T cinnamon
1 c dried fruit; blueberries, dates, raisins, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat a large cookie sheet, with cooking spray. Add honey. Place in cold oven, Turn oven on to 350º and warm for 5 minutes or until honey has melted.

In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, flax seed, soy nuts and cinnamon and mix well.

Remove pan from oven with the melted honey. Add oat mixture to the pan and spread to coat evenly with melted honey.

Bake for 25 minutes or until oats are well toasted, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes.

Add dried fruit, mix well and store in an air tight container.
