7 1/2 c Rolled oats
2 c rye or barley flakes, or use extra oats of flakes of choice
1/2 c sesame seeds
1 c wheat germ
1 1/3 c sliced almonds or pecans
1 c wheat germ
1 1/2 c dried fruit, blueberries, apples, dates, cranberries etc
2 c raisins
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1 c sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 350º.

On ungreased cookie sheets; spread half of the rolled oats and half of the rye or barley flakes. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Stirring several times until oats are golden brown; watch so they don't burn. Spread onto a large tray to cool. Repeat with remaining oats and flakes.

Put sesame seeds and almonds on a pan and bake 3 minutes, stirring occasionally or until toasted and golden. Allow to Cool for 30 minutes.

Combine toasted oats, flakes, sesame seeds and nuts with wheat germ, dried fruit, raisins, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, mix well together.

Store in an air-tight container.
