1 cup cold brew coffee
1 cup milk
5 coffee ice cubes
2-3 pkts splenda or sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp powdered coffee creamer or 2 tbsp half and half
Directions:
Directions:
Put it all in a blender and run it until it is smooth and a little thick. Makes 2 servings. Serve in an insulated mug or tumbler.

This recipe was born of desperation during a summer with no AC in STL. We would make the coffee ice cubes using cold brew coffee to cut down on the heat generated in the kitchen.
