1 lb. ground beef
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans green beans (drained) or you can use corn
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef then drain excess grease. Add cream cheese and still until melted, then add beef broth, whipping cream, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. Bring to boil and cook on medium hear until mixture thickens. Once the ground beef mixture thickens put in casserole dish & add the green beans, top with the cheese mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
(you can stir the green beans into the mixture or you can leave them on top of the ground beef mixture, then add the cheese)
