1 lb. shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon flour
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 dashes Italian seasonings
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped and julienned
1 cup fresh spinach
Handful fresh basil, cut into thin strips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on medium high heat in large skillet. Add flour and cook one minute, stirring until smooth. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in cream, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and sun-dried tomatoes.simmer 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes until cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened. Add spinach and basil and cook 2 minutes. Serve over pasta with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
