1 lb. box orzo
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 oz. finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo in a large stock pot until barely al dente, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Transfer orzo to saucepan and add stock, zest and thyme. Simmer over moderate heat, stirring constantly until stock is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese and butter. Season to taste. Enjoy!
