Loaf Sour Dough bread thick sliced
8 eggs
Heavy Cream, kept cold
Milk
Pure Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Bananas
Confection sugar
orange juice
Maple Syrup
Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Take cream cheese and mix with 1/2 C confectioners sugar and zest of small orange. Set aside.

Whip 1 C cream with 1 T Confectioners sugar and 1 t vanilla. Store in fridge. Can infuse with a bit of Champagne or other liquor.

Put eggs, 2 C milk, 2 t vanilla, cinnamon to taste and a splash of orange juice and champagne in a bowl. Soak the bread in it. Then cook in fry pan until golden brown.

Serve with the cream cheese mix on top, then the strawberries, the bananas and top with whip cream.
