Ingredients:  
1 basic pie crust
6 large eggs
⅔ cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
8 Oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
fillings as desired

Directions:
Directions:
1) Roll out pie crust and put into pie plate and freeze 30 min. bake 20 min at 425

2) In bowl whisk eggs, cream and milk till blended, season with salt and pepper

3) Remove pie crust from oven and spread cheese in bottom and pour egg mixture over it and sprinkle in other filling (like asparagus, ham, etc)

4) Bake for 45 min
