2 golden delicious apples, or you choice
2 T butter
2 T sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Core and thinly slice apples. Melt butter in a 10 inch ovenproof skillet, then sauce apples until lightly browned. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Combine flour, salt, and baking powder, then beat eggs and combine with milk. Add to dry ingredients, beating until smooth.

Pour batter over apple slices in the skillet, tilting pan to cover edges.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until set and browned. Invert onto a serving plate and cut into wedges.

Optional: Top with sour cream, lemon juice, powdered sugar sprinkle or a cinnamon glaze.
