10 oz. pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 lb. shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 pint tomatoes, halved
3 basil leaves, thinly sliced
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 to 10oz.) bag spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside. Heat olive oil and butter in non stick skillet. Add shrimp, garlic, green onions, tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add juice of half the lemon. Cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp is done. Add spinach and the rest of the lemon juice. Cover, simmer until spinach is wilted. Add pasta and toss to coat. Enjoy!
