4 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp garlic salt
Pinch of salt and pepper
8 tbsp butter (melted)
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken breast and shred them (I always make my chicken ahead of time so it's easy to throw together at dinner time).
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the shredded chicken breast in a large bowl. Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, minced dried onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish.
Crush the crackers in a large baggie and pour over the chicken. Melt butter and pour over the crackers. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and the chicken is hot.
