2 C. flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 C. powdered sugar
4 eggs
salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 C. sugar
4 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer ~ Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar together and press in to a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes

Second Layer ~ Mix eggs, salt, baking powder, sugar and lemon juice together and pour over crust from oven. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.

Grandma Clabaugh, Jeff Cole's mother's mom, brought these to all the family dinners and there was always a clean plate to take home for her. That was before they could be made from a box mix!
