2/3 cup mayonnaise
5 egg yolks
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons parsley
2½ crushed Ritz crackers
2 lbs. crab

Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup drained jarred roasted red pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine Mayo, egg yolks, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, parsley, salt and pepper. Gently fold in crab and crushed crackers. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Form patties and cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side.

For the Aioli: place all ingredients into a food processor. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
