4 egg whites
1 cup fine (berry) sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Beat: egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar one tablespoon at a time.
Add vinegar and vanilla.
Fold in cornstarch.

Heap onto tin foil tray.
Place in preheated 250F oven.
Turn down to 200F.
Bake for one hour.
Turn oven off and leave till cool.
Store in air tight container or serve
