4 pounds sugar
1 oz. mantric acid
1 oz. citric acid
1/2 oz. epson salt

3 its boiling water

8 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with tantric acid, citric acid and pharmacy grade epson salt.

Dissolve in boiling water.

Add juice and grated rind of 5 lemons.

Let cool>
Add juice of 3 lemons
Strain and bottle.

This is a concentrate which can be added to tap water or sparkling water for a refreshing drink that also helps balance your electrolytes. Peggy was given this recipe when she worked at the Lumby Glass Plant during the summer of 1975 between University years. It was the go for the workers.
