225 g spagettini - cooked, save ½ cup liquid

2 T soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 T oyster sauce
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced
1 T canola oil
dash salt and pepper
227 g pkg shitake mushrooms
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cups spiral-cut peeled sweet potato
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T minced ginger
3 green onions thinly sliced
2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce.
2. In skillet, heat oil and cook chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside
3. In same pan, heat a little oil and cook mushrooms til softened, 4-5 minutes.
4. Add sesame oil, sweet potato, ginger and white parts of green oinion, cok and stir 3 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce and remaining liquid or 1/2 cup water, chicken and mushroom and simmer 2 minutes. Serve on Spagettini and garish with green onions and sesame seeds.
