Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Melt butter on low in pan. Cook on medium-low heat. Slowly and gently fold and stir eggs until done.

This was a favorite for many of the grandchildren. Grandma always added a lot of salt and pepper and cooked them until they were well done. She loved her salt shaker and added salt to almost everything she cooked.
