1 c. Sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Shape dough into balls. Place balls on cookie sheet. (No need to grease cookie sheet.) Use a fork to press down cookie dough. If fork sticks to dough, dip in sugar before pressing into dough again.

You can double or even triple the recipe very easily. Be cautious to not use too much sugar when increasing batch size. Add sugar sparingly until dough is at correct consistency.
