3 ripe bananas
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
¼ cup melted butter
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:

325º
grease loaf pan

Combine bananas, sugar, egg, butter together.
Mix flour baking soda in separate bowl.
Stir in banana mixture until just mixed.
Stir salt into batter. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake about 1 hour.
