3-4 chicken breasts
thin virginia ham
swiss cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2T. butter
crushed ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breast and place 1/2 slice of cheese and then ham on chicken. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Place in casserole dish. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Melt butter, add crushed crackers and mix. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake 1 hour covered at 350º and then uncovered for 15 minutes.
