2 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
225 g spelt saghetti
2 cups sugar peas, timmed
1 bunch asparagus, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp hot pepper flakes
pinch salt and pepper
1 cup frozen peas
1 T flour
1 cup milk
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
4 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup chived chopped
6 fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Spagetti, add sugar peas and asparagus for last two minutes. Drain, reserve 1 cup of the liquid.
2. In large skillet, heat oil, add garlic papper flakes, salt, pepper and cook 1 minute. Stir in peas. Sprinkle with flour and stir 1 minutes. Stir in milk and 1/2 cup liquid. Bring to boil. Simmer about 5 minutes til thickened.
3. Stir in lemon, half of the goat cheese, basil and the rest of liquid. Add cooked chicken and heat through. Garnish with remaining cheese and chives.

Can use other meat or seafood or keep it vegetarian.
