6 Eggs
1½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2½ tablespoon margarine

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
2. Place margarine in a 10 inch cake or pie pan, or use a 13x9 inch pan. Put pan in
oven and allow margarine to melt.
3. Mix milk, eggs and flour with a wire whisk until well blended (mixture will be a little lumpy.)
4. Tilt the melted margarine around to coat sides of pan.
5. Pour in the batter and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
7. Serve hot, topped with your favorite syrup, sauce, powdered sugar or fruit. (I like sautéed apples, margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar.) A dollop of whipped cream is also nice.
