Ingredients: 1 small package stawberry gelatin, regular or sugar free 1/4 cup boiling water 1 package vanilla pudding mix, cooked or instant, reg. or sugar free 1 1/4 cup milk 1 single serve container strawberry yogurt, any sort except Greek! 1 - 8 oz container whipped topping 1 cup fresh or whole frozen strawberries, thawed and drained, sliced 1 - 9 inch graham cracker pie shell or pre-baked pie shell Additional whipped topping and strawberries for garnish

Directions:Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and allow to cool. Cook pudding and milk or mix instant according to package directions. Allow to cool. Once gelatin and pudding are cool, whisk gelatin into pudding. Then whisk yogurt into pudding mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Gently fold in strawberries, and pour into pie shell. Chill completely. Gelatin in pie will set. Serve garnished with whipped topping and strawberries. |

Notes: This recipe is well loved in our house, and we have made many variations. There is something for every taste, use what you have on hand or be creative and make your own combinations. Let me know how they turn out!
Strawberry Chocolate - same as above, with chocolate graham cracker crust, and chocolate pudding.
Strawberry Banana - same as above, with strawberry banana yogurt, banana pudding and sliced bananas and strawberries
Black Forest - raspberry gelatin, black forest yogurt, chocolate pudding, chocolate graham cracker crust, and fresh raspberries
Orange Dream - orange gelatin, pina colada yogurt, vanilla pudding, 1 can mandarin oranges
Chocolate Orange - same as Orange dream, with chocolate pudding and chocolate graham cracker crust
Key Lime - lime gelatin, key lime yogurt, vanilla pudding, sugared lime slices for garnish
Very Cherry - black cherry gelatin, cherry yogurt, vanilla pudding, and cherry pie filling
Just a Peach - peach gelatin, peach yogurt, vanilla pudding, and fresh or frozen sliced peaches
Coconut Cream - coconut cream pudding, vanilla or coconut yogurt, plain gelatin, and toasted coconut
