1 lb. shell-on shrimp
1 pkg. imitation crabmeat
1 T. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. can green chilis, chopped
10 oz. green chili enchilada sauce
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 10-inch soft shells

Brine mix:
1 qt. water
1/8 c. salt
1/8 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil seafood in brine mix. Drain water. Shell shrimp. Chop. In large skillet, sauté onions in butter. Add cream cheese and green chilis. Stir until melts. Stir in shrimp and crabmeat. Spray cake pan with Pam. Lay first tortilla in pan. Spoon in 1/4 mixture into middle of tortilla. Fold in thirds. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Pour green sauce over top of tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
