2 chicken breasts, cut up
1/2 10 oz. pkg. LoMein spaghetti egg noodles
5 cloves garlic, pressed
3 T. olive oil
1 pkg. frozen Japanese vegetables
1 bottle Kikoman stir fry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In kettle, boil water. Drop in noodles. Cook until al dente. Strain. In wok or stovetop kettle, add olive oil and garlic. Heat to medium high. Drop in cut up chicken. Cook covered. Stir occasionally until chicken is done. Add veggies. Cover to steam cook. Add stir fry sauce. Mix. Add noodles. Mix. Let simmer a few minutes then shut heat off. Let sit for another few minutes. Serve.
