Thick-cut bacon
Golden brown sugar
Red Hot Riplets seasoning
Large baking pan with cooling rack
Shallow pan for coating bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 degree Fahrenheit
Fill shallow pan with brown sugar
Coat bacon with brown sugar
Place bacon strips on cooling rack atop large baking pan
Sprinkle Red Hat Riplets seasoning on bacon
Bake at 225F for five hours, flipping every 60 or 90 minutes
Let cool after removing for ~15 minutes

Recommend the Thick-cut bacon from Trader Joe's, but Oscar Meyer or the grocer's generic is fine. Just thick cut.
