• 1/2 cup 1stick butter, melted
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 square pan or line with foil and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl combine melted butter, cocoa, and sugar stir until fully dissolved.

3. Add eggs one at a time then vanilla, and stir until well combined.

4. Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Be careful not to overmix mix.

5. Spread in pan and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the brownie consistency is what you desire. Be careful not to over-bake!

6. Cool completely then cut into 9 large squares or 16 small squares (I cut mine into )

*I do not like to bake my brownies for more than about 20 minutes, as I really dig the chocolaty-fudgy-decadent texture of these perfect brownies. But for the folks that cannot dig the texture then feel free to bake some of the fudginess out, and keep them baking for about 23-25 minutes. Enjoy!
