Preheat to 350º
1 refrigerated pie crust
8 lg eggs
1 c cream
¾ tsp Tony's
1 c chopped, cooked bacon
(ham, sausage, brisket, etc)
1 ½ c shredded cheese, divided
3 tbsp chopped green onions
Directions:
Directions:
Press crust into 9" pie plate, crimping top edges.
(Bake for 15 min for a crispier bottom).
Whisk eggs, cream, Tony's.
Sprinkle bacon, 1c cheese, onion into crust.
Pour egg mix over, sprinkle w/cheese.
Bake 25 min.
Cover w/foil to prevent additional browning,
and bake another 10-15 min until the center is set.
Cool for 5-10 min before slicing.
