Cut beef into small squares. Mix ⅓ of beef squares are mixed well with cheese and all other ingredients with your hands. Form cheese mixture into a hamburger patty type shape and place on wax paper.

Cover exposed portion of cheese "patty" with remaining beef squares. Once top and sides covered, turn over "patty" and cover remaining areas until completely covered. Wrap in cellophane wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers of any variety.
