Fresh Garlic - however many you want to roast, just make sure to have a pan large enough to have an even single layer
Olive Oil - Enough to cover the garlic fully submerged

Directions:
Directions:
Set your oven to 200 degree's Fahrenheit.
Take your garlic and remove all skins and place in pan on a even single layer.
Pour olive oil over the garlic until all are submerged.
Place in oven and cook for about 2 hours.
Take out of oven and let cool to room temp before placing into a jar. Pour the oil over the garlic.

If you're like me and you love cooking with fresh garlic, then you know my pain of having extra garlic left over all the time and don't know what to do with when you're done cooking. This will let you preserve garlic that is good to use in multiple recipes, can be spread onto toasted bread like butter, and even produce garlic infused olive oil to use. I keep mine in a jar and its good for a couple of months, though it never last that long.
