Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Beef Chuck - 3-5 lbs.
Ranch Packet - 1
Brown Gravy mix packet - 1
Butter - 1 Stick
Pepperoncini's - 3-6
Onion Pearls (optional) - 3-6
Small Potatoes (optional) - 3-6
Baby Carrots (optional) - 1 small bag
Large Crock Pot

Directions:
Directions:
Take your Beef chuck and in a skillet on high heat sear all sides brown. Approx. 3 minutes per side.
Place the Beef Chuck in your crock pot.
Pour the ranch and brown gravy packets over the Chuck.
Put your stick of butter (don't need to melt it) on top of your Chuck.
Place the pepperoncini's around the roast.
Set your Crock pot to low and let cook for 6-8 hours or until the meat is falling apart and shred with a fork.

Trust me when I say walk away from the crock pot when it's cooking. The first two hours you're going to see no liquid and wonder if you need to add water. You don't, just let it do it's thing.

(optional steps for veggies in recipe): after about 5 hours or so open your crock pot and use a fork to shred what meat is ready to shred, if it all does not shred that's okay. place in your optional veggies and mix well until everything is evenly coated. cook for 1.5 to 2 hours or until veggies are tender.

I served this on top of mashed potatoes.
