1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 lb broccoli florets
8 oz mushroom, sliced
Add any other desired vegetables
3 tablespoons oil, for frying

SAUCE
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
⅓ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mince garlic and ginger; combine remaining sauce ingredients - set aside.
2. Saute' cubed chicken in a large pan on medium-high heat until cooked through and browned. Remove cooked chicken from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add mushrooms, broccoli, and other vegetables until tender. Move vegetables to the outer edges of the pan.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the
remaining sauce ingredients and stir until smooth.
4 Return the chicken and stir until heated through.
5 Serve with hot rice or noodles.
