1lb chicken boneless breast
1 can 14 oz can black beans
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 can 15 oz tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
2¾ cup brown rice, instant whole grain
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin
1½ cups colby jack grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a slow cooker - add chicken broth - add tomatoes and olive oil - add onion and garlic powder - add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper - stir well, until mixed - set cook time for slow cook or about 6 hours - remove after done chicken - add rice and black beans and continue cooking - cut chicken into slices and return to slow cooker - then cover top of chicken with grated cheese - DO NOT STIR - continue cooking until cheese melts
