¾ cup honey
¼ cup lite soy sauce
½ cup frozen chopped onions
¼ cup ketchup
2 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp crushed red oepper flakes (optional)
2 tsp olive oil
4 tsp cornstarch
6 Tbsp water

Also needed:
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 bags frozen rice steamer
16 oz frozen sugar snap peas

Prep time: 8-10 min. Cook time: 6-7 hours

TO ASSEMBLE
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. Put chicken, honey, soy sauce, onions, ketchup, gaic, red pepper flakes if desired, olive oil into a large zip bag - zip to seal after getting excess air out - then squish around to mix
3. Mix last 2 ingredients in a small container with a lid

TO COOK
1. Empty zip lock bag contents into slow cooker for 6-7 hours
2. Add sugar snap peas thenlast hour of cooking time
3. Pour cornstarch mixture into slow cooker the kast 15 min of cook time - stir to combine
4. Before serving sprinkle chicken quth 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
6. Cook rice according to oackage directions
