Med size portobello mushrooms
8oz cream cheese
Liquid smoke
Jimmy Dean sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Take stems off of myshroom. Rinse mushrooms. Add a few drops of liquid smoke to each mushroom cap. Use teaspoon scoop cream cheese and put in each mushroom cap. Take the sausage and form it onto of mushroom and cream cheese. Put in a glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min till sausage is browned. Take out and cool.

You can use feta cheese, blue cheese or any cheese you like. Also really good on the grill!!
