12 leaves of cabbage
1 cup cooked white rice
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup diced onion
1 lbs. extra-lean ground beef
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. onion powder

For the sauce:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cut the bottom of the cabbage off and take out the core. Place the cabbage in the water bottom down. Turn off the water and let the cabbage sit for at least ten minutes. This will make the leaves soft and easier to take off. Place on a sheet pan. Continue doing this until you have at least 12 leaves.

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup cooked rice, egg, milk, onion, ground beef, salt and pepper.

Place about 1/4 cup of meet mixture in center of each cabbage after cutting a small v at the bottom of the leaf to remove the hard vein. Start from the top of the leaf and fold over the meat, then fold in the sides and finish rolling up the leaf. Place rolls in13 x 9 baking pan.

Mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350º F for 75 minutes.
