Teriyaki Sauce
4½ T rice vinegar
¼ cup plus 2Tbsp coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 tsps coconut sugar (or other)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
black pepper

Noodle Bowl
3 ounces/85 g gluten free brown rice soba noodles
1 T coconut or olive oil
3 cups broccoli florets, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
¾ cup frozen shelled edamame
2-3 medium carrots, julienned
3 green oinion, sliced
1-2 tsp sesame seeds for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare sauce, whisk and set aside.
2. Cook noodles
3. In skillet or wok, saute broccoli, celery, 2 T of the sauce
4. Add carrots, celery, edamame and saute another 5 minutes
5. Stir the drained noodles into the stir-fry along with 2/3 of the teriyaki sauce. Cook for a couple minutes and serve with garnish of green onion and sesame seeks.
Can add chicken or shrimp if desired.
