2 Granny Smith apples, unpeeled, sliced
6 green onions, sliced
⅔ cup apple cider or unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp sage
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp flour
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup equal sweetener

Directions:

1. Brown chicken
2. Add gr onions, apples, cider, bouillon, and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Remove chicken apples and simmer cider mixture to reduce
4. Combine milk, flour and equal, pour into skillet and boil. one minute stirring until thickened. Pour over chicken and apples.
