Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1/2 c confectioners sugar
1 1/2 T cream (rum or brandy can be used instead)
2 tsp grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until soft. Beat in half the Sugar gradually, add Cream and beat in remaining sugar. Add orange rind. Beat until fluffy. Chill. Makes about 2 c sauce. May be place in a moisture vapor- proof container, frozen, and stored for as long as 1 month, Remove from freezer and allow to stand at room temp. several hours before serving.
