Ingredients:

Bring to a boil :
1 cup raisins
1 cup water

Remove from heat and add:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten

When combined add in:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Pour into greased sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375ºF. Ice with cream cheese icing or another of your choice.
