3 cups basmati rice, cooked
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 garlic cloves, shopped
¼ cup chicken broth
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup raisins
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1½ cups Gouda, diced. (or Canadian Cheddar, Mozzarella, Havarti)
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix all except cheese and parsley.
2. Place large square of foil on counter. cover with parchement paper.
3. Put mixture on and cover with foil. Seal the sides
4. Cook on Grill 15 minutes.
Open and garnish with Gouda and parsley
