2 C Milk
1 Stick Oleo
1 tsp Salt
1/2 C Sugar
1/3 C Warm Water
2 Pkgs Yeast
5-7 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk & butter, pour into mixing bowl & let cool. Add salt & sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 2 cups of flour to the milk mixture and mix. Add yeast mixture and mix. Then add the rest of flour and mix. Put on a floured board and knead until smooth. Put in a buttered bowl and let rise until doubled. Punch down and knead good. Make into rolls or loaves and let rise until doubled.

Bake at 400º until golden brown.
