Medium Ziploc bag of diced boneless Caribou meat
Diced vegetables (three large carrots, half a stalk of celery, half onion, and three large potatoes)
One cup of noodles (ie. Macaroni and or broken spaghetti)
2 Tbsp OXO Beef
Salt (opt. Pepper and other spices)

Directions:
1. Fill large pot with 3/4 water. Add the Caribou meat, salt to taste, and cook on medium high until boiling, then turn down to medium heat to continue cooking the meat on low boil for 30 minutes.
2. Add OXO beef and stir until blended. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Cook for another 20 minutes.
3. add in noodles and cook for another 15 minutes (until noodles are tender.) Time to eat!

There are many ways to cook Caribou soup. The more vegetables (ie. Potatoes) could be added. Use two packages of beef vegetable soup instead of OXO. Use rice instead of noodles. Get creative with your Caribou soup!
